What is the Paradiski domain?
Paradiski connects Les Arcs and La Plagne via the Vanoise Express, the largest bi-cable lift in Europe. The resort has 425 km of slopes with more than 250 ski lifts, and extends between 1,200 m and 3,226 m in altitude. High-altitude skiing and snow cannons guarantee snow whatever the season from mid-December to late April. New Lonzagne cable car information, Peisey Vallandry
New cable car in Lonzagne, in service for the 2026 Christmas holidays: cabins for 10 people, a capacity of 900 people per hour, ascent in 3 minutes and 20 seconds to the slopes of Peisey-Vallandry. It replaces the emblematic «basket» lifts that operated for 43 years. You will be on the slopes in less than 10 minutes while staying in a beautiful village with authentic charm

Can you ski on Les Arcs and La Plagne on the same day?
Yes. The Vanoise Express travels through the valley in 4 minutes and operates from 9am to 5pm during the high season. From the chalets in Peisey-Nancroix, you board the new 10-seater cable car from Lonzagne, which will be in service for the 2026 Christmas holidays. You will then reach Peisey-Vallandry in 3 minutes and 20 seconds, and then you will be in front of the Vanoise Express, which travels through the valley to Coches-La Plagne.
Distance to the slopes for our chalets
At Peisey-Nancroix in Le Villaret Laiterie The chalets Fruitière are located 200m from the new Lonzagne cable car Tannerie, which takes you up in 3 minutes and 20 minutes from the Vallandry-Les Arcs or Montchavin Les Coches La Plagne ski slopes, taking the Vanoise Express cable car.
The Sterwen chalet in Landry It is 6 km from the funicular with a free shuttle service in front of the chalet. You can reach the Montchavin-Les Coches resort in 6 km. You can reach Peisey-Vallandry by the Lonzagne cable car in 6 km. You can access the chairlift to La Rosière-Espace San Bernardo in 12 km.
What are the prices for Paradiski ski passes for the 2026/2027 season?
For the 2026/2027 season, Paradiski ski passes for 13 to 64 years will be €422 for a 7-day adult pass. For the Children (5-12 years) and seniors (65-74 years) 7 days €332. Free over 74 years old.
Group discounts apply to groups of three or more people. Book in advance on the official Paradiski website to get up to 20% off.
Where to rent ski equipment near the chalets?

Which are the cheapest weeks to go skiing?
The opening week of the ski resorts just before Christmas is much cheaper with very few people on the slopes.
The weeks starting March 15th and the Easter holidays have more attractive rates and weather with generally pleasant temperatures.
The weeks after the Easter holidays, from April 15th onwards, are very affordable and allow you to enjoy the festive late-season atmosphere.
Ski weekends
At the Sterwen chalet The weekends are 3 days minimum and on request 2 days at the end of the season
Possible weekends: resort opening in December,
every weekend in January and early February until the school holidays.
Then every weekend after the school holidays until the end of April.
At the Villaret farm cottages : opening weekends minimum 2 days and starting from Easter holidays

What are the rental prices for the 2026/2027 season?
For the 2026/2027 winter season, weekly rates start at €1,200 for the Fruitière Chalet (6–7 people) and €4,000 for the Sterwen Chalet (12–16 people). The Laiterie and Tannerie chalets (each accommodating 12–14 people) are available from €2,200/€1,800 per week.
Which chalet to choose according to your group size?
Chalet Fruitière (sleeps 6–7) is the most intimate option, ideal for one or two families. It features two double bedrooms and an open-plan living area with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Two bathrooms and two toilets. Ideal for six adults or seven, including the bed on the mezzanine.
The Laiterie and Tannerie chalets (12–14 people) are ideal for several families travelling together.
The Laiterie chalet is ideal for 12 adults, or 14 if two people stay on the mezzanine. It has 6 double bedrooms and a mezzanine with two beds. There are 6 bathrooms and 6 toilets.
Chalet Tannerie is ideal for 12 adults, or 14 with two bedrooms each containing three beds. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 4 toilets. One floor is separate, with its own external entrance.
The Chalet Sterwen (12-16 people) is the largest, with its own private sauna. 6 bedrooms 6 bathrooms 6 toilets 2 mezzanines 16 single beds
Free parking for our chalets
At Villaret for Tannerie Laiterie and Fruitière The parking lots are free in the village. A first parking lot 50m away, followed by another 50m down the hill, a parking lot at the entrance to the village and another less frequented one on the road out of the village.
At the Sterwen chalet in Landry The car parks are private. You will be able to park in front of the house or further down on the covered garage side (for 1 to 2 cars) and on our land.
Corporate: are our chalets suitable for corporate seminars?
The Sterwen chalets are the most suitable for corporate seminars or yoga retreats with their two large lounges and generous spaces, large car parks, and ample living areas. It is the most luxurious with a 4-star rating and the largest at approximately 300m2.
The three farmhouse chalets in Peisey-Nancroix – Laiterie (12-14), Tannerie (12-14) and Fruitière (6-7) – can accommodate corporate groups. A communal sauna is available for all guests. This option is particularly well-suited to corporate seminars, large family gatherings or groups of friends.
Household linen is an option for rental
We provide mattress protectors, duvets, and pillows.
Bed linen – sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases – is available as an optional extra for €12 per person for the duration of your stay. Bath towels £8 for a large and a small one. Without this option, please bring your own. We recommend the linen option for travellers arriving by train or plane.
What are the booking and cancellation conditions?
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. In case of cancellation if we manage to find another guest, the price of the stay is refunded at 100 %. If the week is not found another guest, the advance payment remains due. We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance with our partner who offers cancellation insurance with Europe assistance (tariff around 5%) or using our partner Flywire if you want to take advantage of the insurance of your credit card (tariff 1.3%). information on the page contact
Massive wooden sauna for all our chalets
At Le Villaret We have a large Finnish wooden sauna with an electric stove accessible for the Tannerie, the Laiterie and the Fruitière.
At the Sterwen chalet we have a large chalet sauna in the garden with a wood-burning stove and solar lighting.

How to get to Peisey-Nancroix by train?
Summer holidays in Peisey-Vallandry
The Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station is served by TGV/Eurostar direct services in the season from Paris Gare de Lyon at 5:30, with daily trains in the high winter season. From the station, a taxi or shuttle bus takes you to Peisey-Nancroix in 20 minutes. The Chalet Sterwen in Landry is just 1.8 km from the Landry train station, served by the same trains.

Do you need snow chains or snow tyres to access the chalets?
Snow tyres or chains are mandatory for accessing Peisey-Nancroix from November to April, in accordance with the Montagne 2 law.
Le Chalet Sterwen in Landry (altitude 800 m) is generally accessible with snow tyres alone, but chains may be necessary in the event of heavy snowfall.
Summer in Peisey-Nancroix
What are the best hikes from Peisey-Nancroix?
Peisey-Nancroix is a gateway to the Vanoise National Park, the first national park in France, created in 1963. Three unmissable hikes start from the chalets: Lac de la Plagne (2 hours, moderate difficulty), Refuge du Mont Pourri (3.5 hours, 360° view) and the Rosuel valley (1 hour, accessible with pushchairs). More than 150 km of marked trails are accessible from the village. Three refuges are open for a drink, a blueberry tart or meals. It is possible to stay overnight.
Are the summer activities suitable for families with young children?
Yes. Peisey-Nancroix offers activities accessible from age 3: in winter, you can go on sledge rides with reindeer or horses, and in summer with donkeys or reindeer for children or carrying loads. There is tree-top adventure in Plan Peisey, fishing in mountain streams, and free weekly activities in July and August organised by the tourist office. The trails in the Rosuel valley are accessible with an all-terrain pushchair.
Families
Are the chalets suitable for toddlers?
The chalets are equipped to welcome infants and young children: cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request. ESF Peisey-Vallandry offers a snow garden for ages 3 and over and a nursery from 18 months. The Lonzagne cable car is accessible to pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Where can I rent skis near the chalets?
For Peisey-Nancroix, We recommend Intersport les Mélèzes for its location near the Lonzagne cable car and for its professionalism. You can book ski lockers if you wish to return to the Ferme de Peisey chalets after skiing.

Winter activities off-ski
What winter activities are available without skiing?
For all our chalets, the Nordic space in Peisey-Nancroix is accessible by free shuttle in Peisey-Nancroix, and for the Sterwen chalet, it's 10km away with a free shuttle from the centre of Landry village.
You'll find non-ski winter activities in a magnificent setting at the foot of the glaciers: snowshoeing on 40 km of marked trails, cross-country skiing on 30 km of Nordic tracks, dog sledding, and horse-drawn and reindeer-drawn sleigh rides. Most of these activities can be booked directly with the Peisey-Vallandry tourist office.

How to book one of our chalets?
The reservation is made in 3 steps: (1) check availability via the website; pricing page either on the chalet page or by phone at +33 6 71 75 82 25, (2) Fill in the form contact form, (3) you will receive a detailed contract.
We require a deposit of 30%, with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival.
In case of cancellation if we postpone the week, we refund 100%. If the week is not postponed, the deposit is kept. Generally, if you inform us sufficiently in advance, we can reschedule the week. Cancellation insurance options are offered in the contract.
