What is the Paradiski domain?
Paradiski connects Les Arcs and La Plagne via the Vanoise Express, Europe's largest bi-cable cable car. The resort boasts 425 km of pistes, 130 ski lifts, and spans an altitude range from 1,200 m to 3,226 m. High-altitude skiing and snow cannons guarantee snow whatever the season, from mid-December to the end of April. It is the world's second-largest interconnected ski area, accessible from Peisey-Vallandry by cable car. Find out more about paradiski.com.
Can you ski on Les Arcs and La Plagne on the same day?
Yes. The Vanoise Express crosses the valley in 4 minutes and operates from 9 am to 5 pm during peak season. From the chalets of Peisey-Nancroix, you can board the new 10-seater Lonzagne cable car, which will be operational at the end of 2026. You will reach Peisey-Vallandry in 2 minutes and 50 seconds, then you will be in front of the Vanoise Express which crosses the valley to Les Coches-La Plagne.
What are the prices for Paradiski ski passes for the 2026/2027 season?
For the 2026/2027 season, Paradiski ski passes start from X € for a 6-day adult pass. Children’s (under 12) and senior (over 65) passes are available at reduced rates. Book in advance on the official Paradiski website to get up to 20% off.
Where to rent ski equipment near the chalets?
Several rental shops are available in Peisey-Vallandry, 5 minutes by cable car from the chalets. Budget approximately €X per week for a complete adult ski package (skis, boots, poles). We can direct you to our local partners for preferential rates.

What are the rental prices for the 2026/2027 season?
For the 2026/2027 winter season, weekly rates start at X € for the Fruitière Chalet (6–7 people) and X € for the Sterwen Chalet (12–16 people). The Laiterie and Tannerie chalets (each accommodating 12–14 people) are available from X € per week. Please contact us for a combined booking.
Which chalet to choose according to your group size?
Chalet Fruitière (sleeps 6–7) is the most intimate option, ideal for one or two families. It features two double bedrooms and an open-plan living area with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Two bathrooms and two toilets. Ideal for six adults or seven, including the bed on the mezzanine.
The Laiterie and Tannerie chalets (12–14 people) are ideal for several families travelling together.
The Laiterie chalet is ideal for 12 adults, or 14 if two people stay on the mezzanine. It has 6 double bedrooms and a mezzanine with two beds. There are 6 bathrooms and 6 toilets.
Chalet Tannerie is ideal for 12 adults, or 14 with two bedrooms each containing three beds. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 4 toilets. One floor is separate, with its own external entrance.
Le Chalet Sterwen (12-16 people) is the largest, with its own private sauna.
Are our chalets suitable for corporate seminars?
The Sterwen chalets are the most suitable for corporate seminars or yoga retreats with their two large lounges and generous spaces, large car parks, and ample living areas. It is the most luxurious with a 4-star rating and the largest at approximately 300m2.
The three farmhouse chalets in Peisey-Nancroix – Laiterie (12-14), Tannerie (12-14) and Fruitière (6-7) – can accommodate corporate groups. A communal sauna is available for all guests. This option is particularly well-suited to corporate seminars, large family gatherings or groups of friends.
Is household linen provided?
We provide mattress protectors, duvets, and pillows.
Bed linen – sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases – is available as an optional extra for €12 per person for the duration of your stay. Bath towels £8 for a large and a small one. Without this option, please bring your own. We recommend the linen option for travellers arriving by train or plane.
What are the booking and cancellation conditions?
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30 % of the total cost of the stay. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. In the event of cancellation, if we are able to re-let the property, 100 % of the cost of the stay will be refunded. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with our partner, who offers cancellation cover through Europe Assistance (cost approx. 5%), or using our partner Flywire if you wish to make use of your credit card’s insurance cover (cost 1.3%).

How to get to Peisey-Nancroix by train?
Bourg-Saint-Maurice station is served by direct TGV trains in season from Paris Gare de Lyon in 5h30, with daily services during the high winter season. From the station, a taxi or shuttle will take you to Peisey-Nancroix in 20 minutes. Chalet Sterwen in Landry is only 5 minutes from Landry station, which is served by the same trains.
Do you need snow chains or snow tyres to access the chalets?
Snow tyres or chains are mandatory for accessing Peisey-Nancroix from November to April, in accordance with the Montagne 2 law.
Le Chalet Sterwen in Landry (altitude 800 m) is generally accessible with snow tyres alone, but chains may be necessary in the event of heavy snowfall.
Where can we park for our chalets?
Several free car parks are available in the village at the chalets ferme de Peisey-Nancroix. You can unload in front and then go and park 50 metres away.
Le Chalet Sterwen in Landry has on-site parking with 3500m of private grounds and a covered shelter.
Summer in Peisey-Nancroix
What are the best hikes from Peisey-Nancroix?
Peisey-Nancroix is a gateway to the Vanoise National Park, the first national park in France, created in 1963. Three unmissable hikes start from the chalets: Lac de la Plagne (2 hours, moderate difficulty), Refuge du Mont Pourri (3.5 hours, 360° view) and the Rosuel valley (1 hour, accessible with pushchairs). More than 150 km of marked trails are accessible from the village. Three refuges are open for a drink, a blueberry tart or meals. It is possible to stay overnight.
Are the summer activities suitable for families with young children?
Yes. Peisey-Nancroix offers activities accessible from the age of 3: treetop adventure park at Plan Peisey, fishing in mountain streams, and free weekly activities in July-August organised by the tourist office. The Rosuel valley paths are suitable for all-terrain pushchairs. You can go hiking with donkeys or reindeer for children or for carrying things.
Families
Are the chalets suitable for toddlers?
The chalets are equipped to welcome infants and young children: cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request. ESF Peisey-Vallandry offers a snow garden for ages 3 and over and a nursery from 18 months. The Lonzagne cable car is accessible to pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Where can I rent skis near the chalets?
For Peisey-Nancroix, We recommend Intersport les Mélèzes for its location near the Lonzagne cable car and for its professionalism. You can book ski lockers if you wish to return to the Ferme de Peisey chalets after skiing.

At the Funicular: POLAIRE STAR 04 79 04 12 45 Polar Star contact It is located at the foot of the funicular to ARC 1600. You will receive a 15 % discount and 20 % in low season if you mention the name of the Sterwen chalet. You can leave your skis and boots in their locker. Price: €1 for guests, €2.5 if you have your own equipment.

What winter activities are available without skiing?
For all our chalets, the Nordic space in Peisey-Nancroix is accessible by free shuttle in Peisey-Nancroix, and for the Sterwen chalet, it's 10km away with a free shuttle from the centre of Landry village.
You'll find non-ski winter activities in a magnificent setting at the foot of the glaciers: snowshoeing on 40 km of marked trails, cross-country skiing on 30 km of Nordic tracks, dog sledding, and horse-drawn and reindeer-drawn sleigh rides. Most of these activities can be booked directly with the Peisey-Vallandry tourist office.

The booking process is in 3 steps: (1) check availability via the rates (and availability) page or by phone at +33 6 71 75 82 25, (2) Fill in the contact form, (3) you will receive a detailed contract.
We require a deposit of 30%, with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival.
In the event of cancellation, if we re-let the week, we will refund 100%
